주말에 본가에 놀러가서
매봉역 근처에 위치한
'이병태함흥냉면'에 점심을
먹으러 가봤습니다
오장동 함흥냉면에 계시던
셰프님이 나와서 차리신거라는데요
아들 먹일 수육을 좀 시켰습니다
부채살로 만든거라 특이했는데
두툼하니 맛있었구요
손으로 직접 빚은듯한
만두 5알은 슴슴한 맛이
매력적이었습니다
아버지가 시킨 비빔냉면은
단맛은 덜하면서 고춧가루의
매콤함이 많이 느껴져서
입맛이 살아났구요🔥
한약재를 푹 고아서 만든듯한
물냉면은 특이하면서 맛있었습니다☺️
다음엔 비냉으로 한그릇 먹어봐야겠습니다
