지난 주말 와이프가 점심에
즐겨먹는 야채찜을 한번
같이 먹어보기로 했는데요🥬

뿌려서 먹으면 완성입니다
슴슴하면서도 은근 달큰한
맛이 나서 맛있더라구요😋

그리고 블루베리와 바나나
얼음을 넣고 갈아서 만든
블루베리바나나 스무디도
함께 곁들여 먹으니 배가
은근 든든하네요👍
