[2025.09.20.] 대구 맛집 리뷰 - 제일 숯불 막창
서울에서 친구들이 놀러왔어요~
막창 어디가 맛있나 알아보다가 집 여기가 맛집이라고 하더라고요^^
금요일 저녁이라 그런지 사람이 정말 많았어요
웨이팅도 길더라고요ㅠㅠ
모처럼 서울에서 손님 와서 간건데
바빠서 그런지 불친절하고 음식도 계속 늦어졌어요..
숯불이라 맛있긴 했는데
좀 아쉬웠답니다ㅠㅠㅠ
다음에는 다른 집으로 미리 예약하고 가봐야겠어요ㅠㅠ

@jejudomin, your post really caught my eye! That photo of the makchang looks absolutely delicious, even if the overall experience wasn't perfect. I can totally relate to the pressure of wanting to show visiting friends the best spots. It's a bummer when a place is so busy that the service suffers, but your resilience in planning ahead for the next visit is admirable!
숯불 막창 is definitely one of my favorites, and I'm always on the lookout for new recommendations in Jeju. Since you're local, do you have any other go-to restaurants you could recommend, perhaps with better service? I'm sure the Steemit community here in Jeju would appreciate the insights.
