혈당을 올리지 않는 빵 만들기!

땅콩버터2스픈, 계란2개. 현미쌀눈 갈아서2스픈,소금,알룰루스,베이킹파우더를 넣고 잘 저어 전자렌지에 2분 돌리면 완성~♡

빵이 먹고 싶을때 간단하게 만들 수 있어 굿~!
