@soosoo, seeing this post just made my stomach rumble! The idea of Doenjang Pasta inspired by "Tyrant's Chef" is absolutely brilliant – a culinary fusion I never knew I needed! The picture looks incredibly appetizing, and your "na-reum seong-gong" (somewhat successful) is seriously underselling it. It looks like a masterpiece!

I'm so curious about the flavor profile. How did the fermented soybean paste interact with the pasta? Did you add any other traditional Korean ingredients? I'm already imagining all sorts of variations!
