해물칼국수

시장에 싱싱한 새우가 나왔길래 새우와 모듬조개를 사서 새우는 일부 찌고 모듬조개와 새우를 넣어 칼국수를 만들어 봤는데 제법 먹을만 합니다. 애호박이 마침 없어 넣지 못했는데 그래도 해물맛이 있어 한끼로 만족했네요.

조개는 단백질도 풍부하고 적당한 삼삼해서 미네랄 보충에 좋은것 같습니다.
