Hace un tiempo hice un taller de belleza ( limpieza facial) y la instructora nos aconsejo acostarnos en la orilla de la cama y girar la cabeza suavemente a cada lado.

¿Por qué nos curvamos hacia adelante? Porque nuestra cabeza pesa unos 4 ó 5 kilos. Así que la posición incorrecta que adoptamos al usar nuestro móvil, contribuirá a esta inclinación que se irá agravando con el pasar del tiempo.
