명령
一, (1) 적의 일부는 호남지구로 남하, 전라북도를 교란시킨 후 경상도로 침투를 기도함.
(2) 아군은 이 적의 침투를 저지하여 목하 맹렬한 지연전을 전개하고 있음.
二, (1) 육군소장 채병덕은 이응준 부대와 민기식 부대를 통합 지휘하여 이 적에 맹공을 가하여 이를 포착 섬멸하라.
(2) 이응준 부대 및 민기식 부대는 즉시 육군소장 채병덕의 지휘하에 들어가라.
四, 행정 사항 생략
五, 연락 보고는 유무선 혹은 전령을 병용하라.

一, 하동 방면에 남하한 적은 약 1개 대대이며 장갑차 약간이 남하하였음.
二, 군은 이 적을 하동선에서 저지하려 함.
三, 채병덕 소장은 기 수령 임무를 완수하는 동시에 예하 부대를 지휘하여 하동에 이르러 하동, 곤양(昆陽) 경유, 사천, 고성(소로) 가도 방면으로 침입하는 적을 역시 섬멸하라.
四, 행정 사항
장갑차 공격으로 석유병(휘발유 충만)을 사용할 것.
五, 전투지휘소 위치를 보고하라.
