三, 육군대령 민기식은 예하부대를 지휘하여 운봉~남원 가도를 전진하여 남원을 점령하라.

(2) 아군은 공세를 개시하여 적을 치고 있음.
二, 군은 일부 병력을 통합하여 호남지구에 침투한 적을 저지 섬멸하려 함.
三, (1) 민기식 대령은 오덕준 부대 및 관하 해병대, 경찰대를 통합 지휘하여 전북지구(산청, 거창, 함양 지구 포함)의 적을 철저히 섬멸하라.
(2) 장두권 대령은 이영규 부대 및 전남지구 관하 해병대 및 경찰대를 통합 지휘하여 전남지구 및 진주 이동 경남지구의 적을 저지 섬멸하라.
