Hello, my dear ladies. Regarding this contest, I'm here to tell you about my favorite movie genre. Well, I'll tell you, neither horror nor action movies. I'm all about romance and drama. Why? I guess because I dream of a love as beautiful as the one the protagonists experience.
Although the romance genre is very broad, my favorites are romantic comedies. A touch of humor amidst all the drama doesn't hurt, and since I watch movies to distract myself, they at least help me release a little dopamine.
I haven't watched many movies lately; I spend my time watching TV shows that capture my attention more. However, the last movie I saw was a classic romance: "Grease," starring Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta (a heartthrob). I loved that movie, the summer romance between Sandy and Danny, the dancing, the songs, and all the drama between the sides that separated them. I found it to be a very entertaining film with a drama typical of the 80s.

Excelente el tema para esta semana en este concurso.
De los géneros de película, mi favorita es la de suspenso, porque es algo que nos mantiene como en expectativa cuando empieza el suspenso, todas tienen que ver con un crimen espantoso, con una intriga entre los personajes de la película.
Que a como que quisiéramos estar en ella para ayudar a descifrar el suspenso, que algunas veces los finales no son lo esperado, he visto unas con finales que uno se queda, como que paso????
O quien creíamos el culpable, no lo es, y era del que menos sospechábamos.

I want to say that I also used to like romantic movies and novels a lot in the past. I enjoyed watching love stories and happy endings. But as I grew up, my choices changed. I feel that when we grow, our thinking and likes also change. Maybe because of life experiences or the world around us.
Still, I agree with you Korean dramas are really special. They show soft, pure love and make us feel calm and happy. Sometimes I also watch them when I feel sad. But now, I don’t feel that same deep connection with romance like before. Maybe it’s just a part of growing up.

There is no doubt that nothing can make you happy for a long time. There comes a time when the things you like the most start to make you less like them. I also think the same. But watching romantic movies makes my heart happy. Sometimes when you watch reality, there is nothing like that in reality. You don't get such love. But when you watch dramas, some things are right for a moment but you feel comfortable. As I had also read your post, you had mentioned Korean dramas. The truth is, I no more watch movies due to the fact that I'm very busy these days. In those days where I used to watch movies, I enjoy romance just like I love romance novels, I still read till date when I have time. I'm not a fan of action movies. It hurts to see people hit others, movies such as Legend of the seeker, Spartacus and the common ones seen now are not my kind of movies, I'm very fragile. Not just that, such movies makes me have terrible nightmares, not funny.😂
I just love the simplest of all, romance. And it shouldn't be tragic ones. Apart from that, I find joy in comics because I'm sure I'll laugh at the end.

@eveetim, nice reading about you. Well, just like you rightly said, I too, I no longer watch movies. But when I was little, I used to watch comic movies, especially Nigerian movies. In fact my best actor was Nkem Owo, popularly called UKWA and the likes of Mr. Ibu and so on.
Since I became fully grown man and started fending for myself and my family, I became too busy and have no time to watch movies anymore, hence the urge for moviea died a natural dead.

My sister, the last time someone transferred movies for me I couldn't see them till my phone was stolen, so I rarely see movies.
By the way, I mostly like suspenseful movies, but I like all the movies made by Aamir Khan, one of the best actors in India, who is also a producer. The reason for this is that there is a message in everything he makes. The best thing is that he highlights some particular issue of the decade in his movie.
This movie, the link of which I am sharing here. It is an excellent one and in it the problem faced by an eight-year-old child has been brought to the fore. It often happens in children that their parents do not know what problem their child has or what disease he has. And they treat their child like a normal child. Whereas that child desires special attention. And when he does not get the attention he deserves, he is not able to lead a normal life. In this movie too, emphasis has been placed on treating such children with special care.

To be honest, I really enjoy watching emotional and real life dramas. I don’t like action or fake love stories. I like peaceful and meaningful content the kind that touches the heart and stays in your mind for a long time.
Just one week ago, I watched a Korean drama called "Move to Heaven", and I can say it’s now my most favorite one. It’s not just a drama, it’s full of emotions, deep stories, and life lessons. Every episode showed a different person’s story how their life ended and what they left behind. Some stories were sad, some were full of pain, and some were just so beautiful.

I cried in many episodes, not because the drama was too sad, but because it showed the truth of life and death in a very soft and respectful way. It made me think about how many people are silently going through pain, and we don’t even know.
These dramas remind us to care more and to never take people or moments for granted ..

I am very impressed by your choice. There are very few people who like reality. Most people use social media for mental relaxation. Very few like to see reality on social media. Such topics in which social problems are brought to the fore, whether in the form of a drama or a movie, are excellent in every way. Especially if a moral aspect is highlighted in a movie or an emphasis is placed on improving some morals in a drama, it leads to improvement in society.

Saludos cordiales a todos los amigos amantes de las películas, es cierto que a veces, no tenemos tiempo suficiente para ver películas, pero eso no resta el gusto que tengamos por ellas. Me fascinan las películas con dramas de la vida real, en las cuales las mentiras siempre se descubren y los protagonistas, que en la mayoría de los casos son honestos y responsables en sus acciones, al final quedan felices por sus buenas acciones.
"Amor que mata"
Los mentirosos y malos reciben el castigo merecido. Siempre la protagonista se encuentra con un detective, el que lo descubre todo y también se enamoran, porque son los protagonistas. Las últimas películas que he visto por tv, en YouTube, son Rusas y tienen estas características. Esta se titula "Amor que mata" cuya trama es, que un alto comisionado por amor al dinero, tenía su esposa y enamoró a una chica de 20 años, mató a su esposa y acusó a la amante la cual tuvo 8 años presa, por falta de acusador, le dieron libertad. Al final un detective descubrió el asesinato, se enamoran, queda embarazada y felices los dos mientras el asesino quedó preso.

Es cierto amiga @leudi, desde que vi una, seguí buscando y seguí encontrando en YouTube, me parecen muy interesantes y son de casi dos horas cada una...Los Rusos se las traen con esas películas, de verdad me gustan.
