Happy Sunday to all ladies of this group, it's good to be here. As ladies, we love taking photos as it keeps memories alive. All thanks to @m-fdo for this contest. My favourite photo of the week is of my student whom I really liked and was friends with. The way we related, it was more of friends than a student and her teacher.

My student also my friend

When I got employed in my new place of work, she was the first to become my friend and we related so well. She was always cheerful and no dull moment with her, apart from that, she was always respectful. On this day that this picture was taken, the school had organized swimming for the female students as they had paid for it, so we all went. And a shot was taken of her in one of her cheerful moments.

And then tho I wasn't feeling well, we decided to take a shot together. And when she was still trying to talk, the person took the shot. It was really funny.

I learnt something from her. You don't have to be rich to be happy, happiness comes from little things and is free. I also learnt that friendship has nothing to do with age, but can be cultivated between people of different ages. But then, I also learnt other things too, that as a teacher, you should curtail the way you relate with your students so as not to have issues cos peer pressure might cause children to misbehave and when you try to correct them, while some may take the correction, others might try to fight you or cut off from you because you tried to correct them. This was my case. So all I have now is her picture and she is still my friend and my student even though she stopped greeting and talking to me because I tried to correct her.
