The Diary Game: A Chill Sunday Tales(17-08-2025)

Hey besties, how are you doing? It's @gracewealth01 and I'm about to tell you all about my Sunday's gist. I heard someone asking how I'm doing, I'm very fine thank you for asking. Yesterday was a chill day for me even in church. I didn't attend my usual worship centre, I honoured my friends invite to her church and it was so amazing.

I didn't wake up early yesterday, I got up quite late and did a few chore like sweeping my room and cleaning it. I went into the bathroom to have my bath and when I was out, I made breakfast. Time wasn't on my side as I was running late for service, my friend had informed me that their service starts by 9am. Since it was my first time, I didn't want to go late but I could live to it. I took my breakfast, got dressed and went off to church.

In the afternoon at the close of service, I went outside the church to wait for my friend since they were having meeting. I tried capturing the name of the church but I couldn't and soon, my friend came out to thank me for coming. I smiled and commended their performance during the choir ministration, even the praise and worship sessions were lit and lively. I gave her a tight hug and went home.

I got home feeling sleepy, I didn't have enough sleep last night as I slept late. One thing I was thankful for was the fact thing, I controlled myself and didn't sleep in church during service. I'm a very stubborn person, I didn't succumb to the sleep but rather made a quick lunch and ate, and thereafter washed the dirty plates.

It was now time to rest, I went to began but didn't immediately fall asleep so I began to fiddle my phone and reply to some WhatsApp messages before sleep caught up with me. I slept for some long hours and when I woke up, I saw some missed calls on my phone. I returned the call since I knew the caller, my sis asked that I come out so we could go to a local joint to drink palm wine and eat bush meat. I knew this can only be pregnancy cravings because my sister isn't the type to crave for bush meat under normal circumstance, I got dressed and she picked me up at my junction. We went to a very popular joint in town and seeing the number of vehicles parked in front of the joint shows they know their onions.

We got into the place, someone attended to us and in some minutes, we were served. I ate like a wolf and got some more, my sister wasn't left out. I noticed the happiness on other people's face who were also enjoying their time there. In the evening, around 6pm or more, we left the joint back to our homes. My sister dropped me off at my house and when she left, I ran to the kitchen to make dinner. I had plantain at home and I opted for porridge plantain.

I quickly made the dinner, ate, had my bath and laid on my bed to blog. The process wasn't really swift as sleep kept disrupting me but I pressed on and conquered it. That's all for sunday's gist my besties, thank you so much for reading, hope to see you on my next post.
