💕Step i 💕

My sweet and lovely friends, First of all, I would like to tell you that condensed milk is not available in my area, so I couldn't find it, so I made it myself at home. To make this, I took half kg of milk and put it on the stove to boil. When the milk was boiled, I added one cups of sugar to it. After mixing these two ingredients well, I put them on medium flame to cook and after a while I kept stirring it with a spoon so that no lumps formed in it. I cooked them for about 45 minutes and as soon as the milk reduced to half, I added 1.4 teespoon of baking soda to it. As soon as I added baking soda to it, it became very sticky and the amount of it that was there was quite thick. I cooked it for about three to four minutes and then I turned off the flame. Then I put it aside to cool.

💕Step ii 💕

You know what guys when adding the baking soda, I kept stirring it with a spoon so that no lumps formed. You can see that my condensed milk is ready and it looks very beautiful, delicious and thick after cooling. I would like to tell you something special, friend we can keep the condensed milk made in this way in the refrigerator for two to three days and we can save it in the freezer for up to a month.

💕Step iii 💕

Then I took three flavors of jelly powder. I used banana flavor, strawberry flavor, and mango flavors, so I heated water in a pot. I put the gels of these three flavors separately in a small bowl and as soon as the water was well heated, I added one cup of hot water to each of these jelly powders and stirred it well with a spoon. After mixing them, I shifted them to other bowls and kept them at room temperature to cool. So guys as their temperature cooled, I covered them and put them in the refrigerator to cool further.

💕Step iv 💕

So now my friends I picked the gelatin powder and added it to a nice little bowl and poured cold water into it to make it stiff. I mixed it well with a spoon and put it to one side.

💕Step v 💕

You know what guys, After keeping it in the fridge for about half an hour, when I took out the jelly, it had cooled down a lot and it looked very delicious. So I designed some of them in flower shapes, some in heart shapes, and some in round shapes and placed them on a plate. And I cut some small pieces of jelly of all three flavors.

💕Step vi 💕

Respected friends, after that I took half a Kg milk and put it in a pan. And pan place on stove to heat. When the milk start boiling, I put a cup of olper cream to it. I stirred it well with a spoon. We have no need to add sugar in this procedure, condensed milk is already very sweet. After cooking it for two to three minutes, I added the condensed milk I had made. After mixing all these things well, I cooked them for three to four minutes and then added the gelatin powder that we had mixed and kept. While we are adding the gelatin powder to our mixture, keep stirring the spoon at the same time so that no lumps form in it. Then I cooked it for four to five minutes and then turned off the flame.

✪ Did you enjoy the taste of the Broken Glass Jelly Pudding you made? Or did you give it to someone else? Can you describe it?.✪

Yes, I taste it and I truly liked it. When I first tasted it, I smiled. It was soft and sweet. The jelly pieces felt cool in my mouth. They looked nice too, yellow, red, pink. My younger brother said it looked like candy inside milk. I made it for my family. We all sat together and enjoyed it. My mother liked the creamy taste. She asked me how I made it. I told her the ingredients. She was proud. It was not just a pudding, it felt like a gift I gave to them. That made me happy inside. In my thoughts, food becomes special when you share it. I will prepare this dish again. I will also make on Eid and birthday event.

✪ Explain the specialty of Broken Glass Jelly Pudding. ✪

This pudding is special because of its look and feel. When I cut it, the jelly pieces inside shine like coloured glass. That is why we call it broken glass pudding. It has different jelly flavours, so every bite gives a new taste. It is soft, light and cold. We do not need to bake it. Only mix, pour and let it cold in the fridge. It looks good on the table, me and children love it. My mother also enjoy it, because it is not too heavy. It is sweet, but not too much. The colours make it fun. It is not only a dessert, it brings people together when served. It spreads happiness in family. That is the real specialty for me.
