The Diary Game: A Day At the Mill Grinding Fermented Cassava And Managing Others Activities//30/07/2025//

Processing of Cassava into different products as several procedure and methods depending on what it will be transformed into, mine was fufu, so before I could transformed raw cassava into fufu as to follow different transformation stage such as harvesting which is usually done in the farm followed by peeling which is usually carry out with knife by removing the peels, after peeling is washing,the cassava is thoroughly washed and soaked in water for three days in other for fermentation to take place. So after fermentation is grinding which was done in the mill.
Very early in the morning after I had soaked the cassava for complete three days,it was fermented and ready for grinding, I removed them from the water which was used to ferment and took it to the mill for grinding, immediately I got to the mill I met with the guy who usually operate the engine, I bargain the price before he could start grinding, it is very necessary to talk price first before grinding because, they can give bill that's beyond what was grinded.

After grinding, I packed the grinded cassava from the mill into my bag and pay the guy for the job well done and went home. On getting home I pour the grinded cassava inside bowl and allow it to stay for a day before washing to bag it.

In the afternoon, I processed fortified calcium supplement for my snail because snail needs calcium for shell development, better eggs laying and healthy growth. This was my first trial but to my greatest surprised I processed it very unique and nice looking which makes it appealing to everyone.

The job was neatly done couple with the fact that it was just my first time trial, although have been reading materials on how to process it,so after getting everything done which took me till evening I was extremely exhausted and needed rest for me dear soul, so I quickly freshen up to revive myself and relax for the day.

That's how I managed my day from morning till evening, it was a rewarding and successfully day.
