The Diary Game: Early Morning Training And Cooking Different Dishes (12/10/2025)

Morning training began early and I was at the camp ground as early as I could so that I can catch up with the morning session. I wasn't going to be free in the afternoon for training and secondly, with the way the sun was these days in the afternoon, I wasn't ready for such pains.

We have a coming outing and I am just not sure if it will be tough or not, one thing I am certain of is that we will always get the victory done and dusted. The training session was epic, external coaches like 4 came and anchored the training session and their pattern of training was very different from the usual ones.

After the training session, the club's bus took us back to our different destination because we were all tired to even walk to the train station. Then after I got back home, I couldn't even wait to undress, I jumped into the shower and allowed the cold water do justice to my veins. I stayed there for over 30 minutes till I began to was cold then I came out and took normal shower before I went to have my breakfast.

It was just a minor breakfast, I was too tired to cook anything and of course, I wasn't even in the mood to cook. So I took bread and tea then I went to bed to rest my body. When I stood up, I went to the kitchen and prepared porridge beans and rice for myself. You know, I had to compensate myself for not being able to eat something nice in the morning.

I ate the food and my entire body was rejuvenated. Then I went downstairs to stay under the tree shade and just watched people going about their daily activities. The passion in people's faces and you can see how people were going to and fro just to have something to take back home at the end of the day. Kudos to humans for being this cordinated.

In the evening, I had to still prepare something else, this time, I prepared palm oil spaghetti, fried fish and salad. What a lovely way to just end my day after that hectic training session we had in the morning. Do you want to try it out? You certainly can. For the spaghetti, these are what I used;

• A pack of spaghetti

• Palm oil

• Seasoning cubes

• Pepper (chilli pepper)

• Salt

• Tomato paste

• Water

Then for the salad, I used;

• Cabbage

• Mayonnaise, I prefer bama

• Carrot

• A drop of honey.

You can decide to use any drink to step it down or you use water, anything can actually go, personally, I just love taking yoghurt so I used that to step that down. It's a wonderful way to end my day guy, so far so good, it was a beautiful one.
