As women our body is the most important part of us and each woman values her body more than anything.

One of the challenges that most women battle with today is their weight. I mean body weight. Some women are afraid of addition so much weight and battle with belly fat.

Worry no more I will show you some steps to loose weight and belly fat.

As women advance in age there are physical changes that accompanies it and one of it is weight gain for some women while others gain weight after child birth.. This adds to belly fat aside the food intake. Wither you are a single lady or married, we all battle with belly fat.

Here are simple steps to loose weight and belly fat.

  • Be willing and ready to loose that fat

Been willing and ready here talks about you going the extra mile and staying through with all the process it takes to achieve the goal of loosing weight or belly fat. If you are willing then proceed to the next step.

  • Get a tape or scale

Before you start the process of weight loss or belly fat loss, you would need to check your current weight with this scale or tape, this will enable you find out if you are making progress or not when you eventually continue.

  • Eat more vegetables and fruits

I have heard many women say vegetables and fruits are not food. They say they can't eat vegetables and fruits as food. Guess what? There are fruits that keeps you filled up all through for as long as 4-5hours, such fruits include pineapple and water melon. These fruits like pineapple are high in fiber and kind of acidic, helps to burn fat yet keeps you full so u don't need to eat more. I have done this and I can tell you that it works.

  • Drink enough water Daily

Drinking water helps to detoxify your system washing out byproducts and aiding digestion. There are women who prefer to drink other things other than water, this is so wrong. Prioritize drinking water than any other thing not even coffee. After eating drink water not soda or coffee. When tasty drink water not alcohol or soft drink.

  • Avoid soda drink

You will not know the effects this gives to the body until in the long run. Drinking soda may look nice and fun but it's full of sugar which cause fat in the body.

  • Stop the intake of Alcohol

The effect of excess alcohol is strong to the body. One of the things it does is that is affect the liver, making it hard for it to break down fats of the body, therefore accumulating the fats on your body causing belly fats. This might be hard for you but you need to avoid alcohol in your journey to weight loss or belly fat.

  • Reduce food Portion

There are many women who are foodie just like me. They love to eat well but guess what? You can eat well and still reduce the portion of food you eat. Watch the quality of food you eat. Don't eat large quantity of food at a goal. You can reduce it into smaller portions. The normal quality of food you eat, divide it into three portions and eat one portion. Do this for the next 2weeks you will notice a change in body.

  • Engage in Exercise

Do not ignore exercise, you can start small. Every day try and get involved in exercise like seat ups, planks or skipping. You mustn't go to the gym to achieve this. Every day do exercise for at least 30 minutes.

  • Avoid stress

I know you may not know that stress causes women to add weight. One of the ways to avoid stress is to have enough time to sleep and rest the body.
