How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in a recipe contest organized by @kouba01 Sir. It is a little different. Here is a traditional recipe. This will be a great contest and I am giving it to you for this. We make various types of recipes almost every day and these traditional recipes are different and we prepare them for special occasions. It is prepared during the event which is not included in our daily recipes so today this contest is different, but in today's contest, I will mention fish egg chop as a traditional recipe in our country. We eat fish egg recipe on especial days and it is especially for entertaining guests when guests come to the house on special days we can make this type of fish egg chop. I have prepared the details of it below.

Required materials👇🏾

●Fish eggs
●Potato
●Onion
●Green chilli
●Salt
●Turmeric powder
●Cumin powder
●Dry chilli powder
●Tasting salt
● masala
●White oil
● kasundi
●Breadcrumbs
● beson
●Cornflower.

The Process of receipe


Step 01

To start cooking, first, wash the fish eggs well, then take several potatoes, boil them well, peel them, mash them, then take a number of onions and green chillies, chop them finely and put them on a plate, then take a quantity of gram flour and cornflour on another plate, then take all the powdered spices on a plate, then take the breadcrumbs on a plate . There were ingredients to make the recipe.

Step 02

Now to prepare the recipe, I will pour fish eggs, potatoes, onions, and green chillies into a bowl. Then I will add all the powdered spices.

Step 03
Then I will add gram flour and cornflour. Then I will mix them well with my hands. Then, you have to dip the fish eggs in the breadcrame n the right size. You can give any size here. I have given it a slightly round size and you have to roll it well. In this way, you have to dip all of them in the breadcrame and make it like this.

Step 04
After all the chops in this way, marinate them in the refrigerator for an hour so that the chop is set well before fry . Then fry the chops well. For this, put a pan on the stove add enough oil there and let the oil heat up well. Once the oil is well heated, drop the fish egg chops one by one in there. Fry them until they are medium brown on both sides

Step 05

and when the aroma comes out, you should think that the chops are ready. Then take them all out and place them on a tissue paper. So that the excess oil can be absorbed through tissue paper. Then take a few pieces of fish chops in a bowl for serving and of course take a quantity of kasundi with it because it is quite fun to eat fish egg chops with kasundi.
