How are you guys? I hope you are well. I have come back to participate in a new blog after a week. I would like to thank@ashkhan for organizing today's contest. She has presented such a beautiful contest to us, which I will consider as an educational contest, and we can choose this contest as a real relief for our physical pain. But friends, today I am going to end my contest with some questions and answers.
Task 1: You have to share your knowledge about balance, it's type, coordination and pathophysiology.
In simple and common language, we mean balance where we can control ourselves while carrying the full weight of our body. Therefore, when we stand on two legs and control ourselves, and that control is in accordance with the balance of our body, then we understand it as standing in a state of balance. But if it is ever on one leg or if our movement changes
Or if we suddenly experience some kind of pain or stumble in our body, we can consider it a lack of control. Keeping control means that while we can balance the body in a controlled manner, walking and running are a bit different in this regard.
We can walk fast or slow according to the balance of our body, and we can try to run excessively. If it does not cause us any problems, that is also within our control. But when we suddenly feel pain due to an injury or fall or when we fall from above and feel pain, we can call it loss of control. And due to this kind of lack of control, the muscles of our body can be damaged a lot, and some pain can go inward, which we can suffer from for quite some time.
Task 2: You have to share a cause that lead to balance and coordination impairment. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently that is present with symptom of impairment of balance and coordination.
Balance and control and because of that I had an injury a few days ago but it was not a serious injury I thought it was because I was working in a hurry due to lack of time which I needed to make in a certain time frame but while completing this rush I tripped over the wall of the house and I fell and it hurt my muscles and lower legAnd I had to suffer for several days because of this pain because the pain went deep inside and it was not easy to get better so it hurt for several days and even though it was slightly swollen the swelling was mostly not long lasting but the pain was long lasting.
Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient by performing above given physiotherapy management, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. (Try to use 2 methods).
There is a need for exercise according to the disease, and even after taking medicine, if some exercise is done at home, it is much better, and it can be cured much faster. Whereas for leg pain, walking slowly forward and walking in the opposite direction can show how deep the pain is inside. When it is walked backwards, it feels a little painful, but when it is walked forward, the pain is slightly less. Also, to completely cure the pain, we have to lift the affected leg up, straighten it up a little, put both hands forward, and then with the help of hands, give weight forward, lower some part of the body, and lift it up, and do this to ten times. It can be done two to three times a day.
