Summer day at water side

What is the best to do these last days of autumn? Many my friends will agree that every single moment of sunny day that we have in autumn we should spend on fresh air. In UK autumn, winter and spring are the months when the days are shorter and it is cooler. That is the reason why we wear clothes with long sleeves and also our skin exposure to natural sunlight is limited. That is why we have often people who have deficit of Vitamin D and it is advised in elderly but also in children to be on sun, to be outside. Of course, if there are warm and sunny days many wear shorts and short sleeved shirts.

We were lucky with summer and sunny days this year and that is why even now every single day when we are free or on weekends we are trying to spend time out of cities and buildings. There are possibilities to travel to South England like Bournemouth, Poole and Portsmouth but also Brighton. These are favourite places for people to be at water side. There are many cafes under open air and people enjoying either food like fish and chips or just some drinks.

For us, we were lucky to have this place and table that we shared with some other people and we enjoyed our food. Of course, one need to be careful and watch that seagulls do not fly and pick up your chips, they do not have a freight and do not care if there are more people or not, they just chase food. Despite of that we had nice food and also managed to walk along the beach the same time we went through the town just to see if there anything interesting there. Actually when you walk on street you have a feeling that you are somewhere in South European countries because of the palm trees, they are not too tall but they give that impression of South. The day was nice and warm and we spend the whole day there arrived only late home tired but satisfied.
