My Son's First Hair Cut Experience

Hello, friends! I hope we are all happy and safe! To all the mother out there, how long did you wait before cutting your son's hair when he was still a little child?

My son's hair has grown to long to cover his eyes whenever it can, and it is also the reason why my son was sweating much while asleep this my husband decided to cut his hair off. Prior to that, we had been preparing my son about the cut, persuading him to agree and telling him the reasons. I am the mother who does not like to fool my child for them to agree and take it back when I need to so I am honest to them as far as I can.

Oftentimes,I mimic the electric hair cutter and run my hand on his head so when the time comes, eh won't be afraid. The husband and I also agreed that they cut their hair at the same time to make our son see that it is safe.

All the preparations I did was of no use because the moment the electric cutter touched his head, he went crying and wanted to go home so I sacrificed myself, to hold him even with all the falling hair, it can be fixed anyway. All I wanted was for the cut to get done, even if it means that it is not even and when it was over, we all went home so we could bathe all the hair away.

My son got afraid of the electric hair cutter that is why he cried but later on, we talked and he said he was okay with his new look and even requested for a selfie which were the pictures shown above.

Our first hair cut was a mess but as soon as his hair grew and saw his father cut his hair, he requested for one and there he got used to the sound of the electric hair cutter and even had a great hair style.
