This the construction of the plant Etileno XXI. This is an old photo I took a while ago, when the construction started. It since has been finished. Now, remember the name Odebrecht and all the corruption it's name comes with? well this plant is one of the corruption cases. Not only the construction, but the operation of it is still full of corruption. I will leave just a link of one of the articles written about it. To anyone working with Odebrecht you should read it.
