I completely agree! I think leadership is largely a lost art, but a worthy one to be resurrected. To see a team truly honored and motivated to go after a goal together, with respect and excellence, is a force to be reckoned with. I think humanity would advance much more efficiently in just about every field if we took the time to grow in leadership acumen
