It all sounds like the health and wealth gospel to me. How many people are called by God to run entire countries? Joseph and Daniel are the only 2 that I can name off the top of my head.

There's nothing wrong with having dreams. But it's worth mentioning that Joseph and Daniel were taken as slaves to foreign countries where God put them in positions to do His will.

God will prepare you to do His will if you prepare yourself spiritually. You need to be willing to be obedient. You need to pray regularly and know the Bible.
