Here buying from farmers cost way more than supermarket... and supermarket is pricey... Organic/non gmo will always cost more, tell me about it! I buy all organic/non gmo cause I'm allergic to gmo. Actually that's the way I know if something is not 100% gmo free... if I get rash in my face means it wasn't organic haaa
I know it's not an easy task to find the right healthy food for the right price.
I guess is the same in every country... but also i think is more difficult to have organic stuff cause they can't use pesticides and all that stuff so they lose some of the crops to the insects. Health cost and eye ahahah
You're right, when you can't use pesticides, you have to destroy the infected parts and it's not easy, I know that first hand. And yes, health costs a lot but it's better than to treat diseases.
