RE: kickout #2: Bullying in Primary/Elementary Schools

in #life7 years ago

I was bullied in primary school, and I promise you this -it sticks with you, despite the fact that I work towards bettering myself each day, there are still remnants of insecurities as well as inferiority complexes that are so ingrained that I dont even notice them shining through, unless someone points it out. On the plus side and as bad as it was, it did make me a stronger person.
Was still a really crappy way of reaching that point!

Great post !- Wishing you a Bully-Free day!

It's really hard to get over a bullying experience, especially when it happens at an early age. I empathise with your experience, though as you said 'it did make me a stronger person'; all the same you are a survivor. Sadly some victims find themselves on the otherside of anxiety, depression and suicide in extreme cases.

All hands must be on deck to #kickout bullies from our communities and educational setting. There is a role for everyone to play. Let us not wait to experience it before we act.

Thanks @breezin for sharing your experience. Wishing you a Bully-Free weekend.

Well lets hope that one day it will be a

Bully Free World!
