Touch Grass And Don't Lose Your Ass
Yesterday I did sprints in the grass at the track more for ankle, calf, and Achilles strength but I feel like when you do that you have to really lock in and engage your core and not be sloppy with your technique.
A lot of people mention becoming grounded which we aren't able to do wearing shoes and walking around on all these unnatural surfaces. I was also getting sun which provides energy to all living things on Earth.
Most people's problems would be solved by eating right, drinking plenty of water, getting sun, lifting heavy.
Instead we have all these people in therapy taking antidepressants which further messes them up. What? You thought the drug companies gave a shit about anyone's health?

Going back to the sprints and your lifting an elder boss who was probably close to 60 but in really good shape and never stopped training hard told me to "never lose your ass."
He wasn't saying financially. He meant always keep building your legs, glutes, hamstrings. Once you lose all your leg power and that spring in your step it is a bad equation.
I take notes from the elder bosses and try to pass off my knowledge to the younger set of guys.
I can see that a lot of them appreciate it because they can tell the way im moving isn't normal for anyone of any age. It isn't to brag but I start moving around on the basketball court getting to the rack and playing above the rim and they are all looking at each other wide eyed 😳😳😳 and saying stuff like. "Whoaaa, i didn't expect him to move that fast!" Or , "Dude, HE'S like Lebron." "Are you an over seas pro or something???"
It makes me feel good and really tests my capabilities against the younger set of guys. Once in awhile I have had some guys try to hate on me before they have seen me play. One guy more recently said, "And how OLD Are You???." He said it all goofy. I just said, "We are all about to find out." I started ballin' out and his look was a look of concern real fast. 😲😟😟
I've seen that look a lot and it tells me a lot. I'm always sharpening my game trying to improve long after everyone would have thought I would have quit. ⚔
I have had people ask what I have gotten from all of it. The direct answer is a lot of pussy to be honest with my 17 active followers. The more indirect answer is I got respect. When you have a certain build people just look at you and talk to you differently.

To even get a number from a chick on Hinge is a 0.2% conversion rate. In that real if you can't watch it basically the guy is 6'5" and a millionaire with a good look and women are just ignoring him.
We are working broad game. Talking to chicks at grocery stores, hitting the gym, building up on social media and surveying other guy's success. We just aren't seeing it. From some people's perspective they would say me and my friend's are having success but its all relative. The chicks we would actually be with long term are rarely in any sort of relationship. We have heard and have seen the wildest stuff from these chicks. They will go lesbian for a year and their girlfriend will be beating the shit out of them. A lot of them will date drug dealers or the reformed badboy.
Even at these small Christian Universities the divorce rate is in the 75% range but also those women often don't want to talk to guys outside of those microcosms and will sort of have these large orbits of friendzoned guys. This is nothing really new but that situation has gotten way worse.
A lot of guys are in sexless marriages and relationships that they are paying out the ASS for. The expenditure rates are mind blowing and in my opinion not a good value in most cases. I hate to say it but more and more these women are for sale. It's nothing new but they have a bigger reach and are getting initial attention from guys way out of their league.
They simply aren't really impressed with much. Most guys are getting no play and a lot of people aren't going to pass on their genes. It's like the Salmon swiming up stream to spawn and there is a bear waiting for them and a hydroelectric damn blocking their way. They are fucked.

These women typically don't end up with who they should be with on a genetic and pharamonal level because we live in a very unnatural world and the women get bad advice.
The only guys that I saw "getting paid" sort of went very business centric with the whole deal. Like they were 25 and they married a female doctor who was overweight and not hot who was 37 and had a kid from a previous relationship. Then the guy also had no power in the relationship. A lot of this stuff is about leverage and control.
You guys can do what you want but I'm personally more willing to live in another country or extract a Canadian or Australian or Eastern European chick and live in Southeast Asia or some sort of scenario like that.
The work is never done. You nor any other man including myself will finally "make it." If you don't keep on your fitness, looks, and elevated lifestyle grind she might think her best bet is to make one last stab at the equity and spend the rest of her days getting her back blown out on the dating apps.
More cracks are forming in the US housing market and just like last recession a lot of divorces will be filed in a final attempt before the equity evaporates.
