Day 2482 | School Play & Sunset Walk (15k+ Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was an ok day where I first played an hour of tennis right after getting out of bed. I had a bit of productivity when I got back and left for a 2nd family day as my niece had a school play which I was attending. I stopped by the supermarket to get some tasty unhealthy food first and watched some snooker when getting to my parents place while snoozing in. My plan for the school play (which was lasting ~110 minutes) was to catch 30-40 minutes of it seeing oldest niece 'perform' and afterward call it a day and do my daily walk back home which passes a big part of my normal walk. That is also exactly what I did and I caught another great sunset doing 15k+ steps which kept me at pace for the 100k on the week.

New Day Goals: There are 2 football matches and I should be able to do a 4th sunset walk in a row getting in a lot of steps. The idea for Thursday is also to do 100 reps and eat fully clean while drinking a lot of water.
