Day 2485 | Clean Eating & 100 Bench Press

Saturday was a pretty ok day when it came to my food intake and activity but at the same time I also got a bit too confident in my betting activity which kind of backfired after a good past couple of months. I'm still on track also of reaching my 100k steps goal on the week and did 100 banch presses for the day. So generally I would say it was quite the ok day.
Daily Food Diary April
I ate a lot of smaller things which in total added up to around 1500 calories from my rough estimation. I started with a smoothie, ate some rice waffles with Tahini in the afternoon, A can of sardines and also tuna which I still had laying around and 2 apples. I will try to count my calories more or less trying to keep them under 2000 so I lose some weight and see if I can increase my proteine intake a little bit.

100k Steps Weekly Goal: I only did an evening walk getting in 6128 steps on the day. This leaves me with just over 11k steps to do on Sunday to reach my goal.

New Day Goals: I kind of want to make Sunday into a Water fasting day but I will see how far I get. I also started an evening routine to see what I ate in the day and count my calories which I plan to do for the next 90 days.
