Day 2489 | Tennis Wedensday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a day where I played my usual hour of tennis from 12:00 to 13:00 but not doing all too much afterward aside from eating rather poorly without exagerating. I'm still looking for that spark to really go for 100% at it again. I did watch the "A Silent Voice' Anime movie in the evening which made me realise that I need to see them only engish dubbed as I'm missing way too much when doing to japanese version with subs and I'm thinking of rewatching it tonight in english as I feel I missed out on a great movie.
