I've seen some videos on The Facebook of one that was fixed in Japan the same day it happened. The Irish will have to have a referendum and consultation with the pope before they do anything.
Full disclosure , the guys we there the next morning to throw a couple of buckets of Tarmac into the hole. In my opinion not a great fix but at least its safer. I think my wifes tweeting about it got them on the job.
