howdy sir makinstuff! what a pain, been through lots of those, are you going to try and clear it yourself? snake it or rent a big power snaker? hopefully it's easy to clear.

I ended up hiring a plumbing service, don't know how much the tool rental would cost but I know how much the plumbers cost to clear the lines noe and the proper procedures. I had to cancel the people that were coming for my Airbnb because I have some subflooring damage that needs to get taken care of now.

oh great, I hope the damage isn't that bad, you'll repair that yourself right? I agree in having the pros come in and do the drain with the great equipment and they know how to use it and they can do a better job much of the time because of those factors. What was the problem or do you know?
