I wonder why people leave (absent) when life becomes dark. I don't feel bad at all about it but I was kind of curious why we can't spot them at situations like this. When days are dark, real friends show.
People have enough problems and don't want to listen about problems of others. They only focus on themselves and make sure that they will get better. Is it a correct approach? Where has empathy disappear? Are we really so selfish? I think it's the way that society builds us nowadays. We have to be perfect and we don't have time to waste on the problems of others. We believe that everyone is responsible for their own happiness and that we don't need to contribute to it..
But I agree with you.. when the times are bad, real friends will stay with you..
