20-hour fasting?? That's crazy talk!!

Woohoo!! Way to go, sis! @randomli and I have started doing intermittent fasting as well at the start of the year. But, it's only an 8-hour fasting period. Maybe once we get your results in we'll follow suit!

Well I can tell you this, (hoping Deb doesn't pop back on here, she'll be concerned haha) I've already lost eight pounds, in less than a week :) Of course the first ten to fifteen is usually fairly easy, then it's a matter of getting that metabolism sped up- hopefully the warrior way is the fat burning diet it claims to be!

Fingers crossed you and Howie achieve your goals with it! Crash dieting is always a concern, so I fully understand where Deb's coming from. But, since there's two of you doing it together, there's a check-and-balance to make sure that no one goes overboard. Congrats on the eight pounds! More than I've lost in more than 6 months hahaha!
