how about just eat it off
if you can take two apples around 5 pm everyday or at least an hour before your dinner you'd poop all your muffin tops away
then you just walk or jog or push up everyday - apples aren't expensive are they?
or if you can manage to have ginger in your diet - it fastens the metabolism - ginger, turmeric + banana and yoghurt - every morning but you should eat some more after this
only take ginger if you got no ulcer or liver problem though and rid eating potatoes, bread and wurst the red meat gives you the muffin top!

I really wanted to make a 90 day series out of it :-) Would be more interesting and fun to do some strange sports instead of eating two apples ;-)
I really have to moove myself again. I eat VERY healthy, it´s just the lack of sports.
