I just got new varifocals. They’re great.
I have an appointment on tuesday because I spend half dlive struggling to read my notes and the chat and I am even getting an annoying brow wrinkle (oh so vain) cos of squinting too much. Haha glasses on guys are cute, sort of nerd cute ;)
The same happened to me :/ but I couldn't complain, because it was exactly at warranty date. And I can't buy a new sleeve now. But it's ok.. You get used to it :D

When you find the right department, please send the contact details on, mine is nearing the end of warranty period next year.
