Foggy Brain

What do you do when you get foggy brained? I don't know what to write about and I feel like my mind has stopped creating. It's no fun, that's for sure. I want to provide helpful fitness information but lately that fire hasn't been there.

I will be reading a couple new books and blogs in the next day or so to get that spark back.
