It's been a gloomy day

in #lifeyesterday

Since the past 2 days the weather has been very gloomy, not seen the sun in the past 2 days, all through out the day it stays cloudy. I like such kind of weather, especially in peak summer, though there is no rains but it feels a little soft in the environment. With the gloomy weather I am also feely lazy and lethargic and do not feel like doing anything. Since morning I have been on calls with family, it's festive season back home and they all are celebrating together, I miss all of that so much. I miss the family vibes during such times. Anyways, it's all good here also.

Now that our traditional New year is over, I need to start preparing for the Ganesh Chaturthi festival, which is next week. There is lot of preparations I have to do around it. I celebrate this festival at my home by bringing Lord Ganesha home for 2 days and then there are loads of visitors for these days who come for blessings. In 2 days time, normally I have 70to 80 people coming over, and I also have to arrange for snacks for them. Then there are ceremonies to be done. It's extremely hectic 2 days and takes lot of preparation time, but I enjoy doing all of it. It feels very divine and in sync with all the higher energies during this time. From tomorrow all those preparations I have to start because I only have a week's time to do all of it.

With the hectic weekend today my back and leg has also been giving me little problem, so I am taking it easy. Evening I have my physiotherapy session and hopefully after that will feel better. Because of the pain last night I could not even sleep well, which leaves me little drowsy today. Good sleep is so important for a good productive active day, which is not the case for me today. Keeping it short for today, I am going to rest up as much as I can today to relieve the pain.

Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸

@nainaztengra, your post beautifully captures that unique feeling of a gloomy day, especially contrasting it with the summer heat! It's so relatable how the weather can influence our mood and energy levels.

I admire your dedication to celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi despite feeling under the weather! Hosting 70-80 people is no small feat; your devotion is truly inspiring. The picture you have added is quite attractive and pleasant. I could almost feel the festive vibes radiating from your words. I hope your physiotherapy session goes well and you get some much-needed rest. Take it easy and recharge for the preparations ahead. Thanks for sharing a glimpse into your life and upcoming celebrations!
