Stop to take stock and continue

Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop! Sometimes thoughts can drive us crazy. When I read this sign, I smiled. It really seems like the driver knows what we might be going through and, in her own words, she's sending us some tools so we can keep moving forward.

Every week we have the opportunity to pause and analyze our lives with these themes, to continue growing, drawing inspiration from within, expressing it, and also allowing it to be a way for others to move forward. This year has been about that, to take a break from many situations that aren't worth it, situations that only make us repeat ourselves. I am determined to take a break from all this that is holding me back.
