My Daily Walking Stats: August 5 2025
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It was sunny and very hot today and it's very difficult to walk and run in this kind of weather, so I joined a gym so that I can exercise indoors. I'll start going to the gym tomorrow, and my first goal is to lose 10 kilos as soon as possible.
I went out this morning and managed to exceed eak 10K. The weather was really sweltering, so I came home early. My goal was 20K, but I didn't make it today, but I'll do it tomorrow. I'm really tired right now, so I'm going to bed early. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
