My Daily Walking Stats: September 14 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was clear, sunny, and very warm today, perfect for walking, but I followed my doctor's advice. Because it was so hot, I stayed home until evening. I read until evening.

This evening, my friend and I went for a walk, and today I managed to exceed 5K. I'm going to the doctor on Monday, I hope there's no problem. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
