Quit Smoking, Do Sports!
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It was a sunny and beautiful day but I was a bit busy so I couldn't walk much but in the evening I went for a walk with my friend. By the way, my friend also decided to quit smoking today, I'm glad another friend of mine quit smoking. My friend said that he was inspired by me and decided to quit smoking after seeing the changes in me, wow I never imagined that I would inspire someone to quit smoking. And we will walk with him every evening, I hope it will be successful because quitting smoking is not easy at all. My desire to smoke started to decrease after a month and after two months I got rid of it completely, I hope he will get rid of it completely.
It's been about 140 days since I quit smoking, I've had a lot of difficulties but it was worth it because now I feel healthier and more peaceful. And the best thing is that I don't smell bad anymore and I don't get tired so easily. By the way, we walked about 7K, but my friend and I aim to walk 20K tomorrow, let's see if we can achieve it.
If you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit, believe me, you will not regret it. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
Stay healthy and with love!

When I quit smoking about 8 years ago, like a lot of people I started to gain weight. Fortunately some people around me encouraged me to get into exercise and this was able to keep the fat at bay. It starts to feel good doing it too. I'm glad you were able to stop that horrible habit even though we do not know one another.
Thank you. It is really a great success, I congratulate you. I have not smoked for 141 days, I have gained about 3 kilos despite exercising, but it is not a big problem, I will start swimming next week, I will lose the fat I have gained, I believe I will even lose more weight. Quitting smoking was the hardest thing to do, fortunately I did it, and we know that we can achieve anything if we want to.
i tried and failed many many times before it actually worked. I think what motivated me to stick with it was because I am older now and you start to worry about the long-term effects and also because smoking is not so easy to do anywhere that I live anymore. Places where smoking is socially acceptable, it is probably very tough to stop.
