I think money is the biggest motivator. Most people when they have an amount of money that makes them comfortable, lose a lot of motivation. This is unfortunate, when you think that many of the devs in crypto have reached that point. Some seem just as motivated but others aren't doing as much as they were when they didn't have money. It can be different if you're doing something just because you enjoy it. I think that's why some people never seem to lose their motivation. That's why I think we should make sure we stick to doing what we enjoy.
