Thanks very much @suntree but no it's not that he doesn't understand the situation he just simply doesn't care he is a horrid person the worst boss I have ever had, I left but unfortunately returned and I hate every minute of it, long time ago I wrote a few posts about how badly he's threaten some of the other employees in the past.
