"One or two sandwiches short in her picnic basket," thats so funny! They sound like a nightmare, you need another tenant like the girl you already have. Its a shame that irrisponsible parents give families who rent a bad name, just like irrisponsible people with animals make it hard for others to rent with animals, they ruin it for the good ones.
The reference to sandwiches is a common expression here ;) It's very true that the crappy tenants ruin it for everyone else but I am starting to realise that good tenants are very hard to find
