At first I thought you were going to give it to her just like that, with "Last Name" underneath. Because her name was Buck, and there was a picture, and the picture was the last name.
But your plan is better. Sincerity beats irony when it comes to wedding gifts.
Sorry your hubby has to miss the wedding. Aren't you allowed to defer jury duty one time?
He already did once when we were taking care of his dad. No we have no excusable excuse to get him out of at least jury selection. Unless a plead is met or a delay. He is going to try to get excused but he still has to take one day for it off work for it. He was going to take 2 days of PTO for the wedding as that is all that can be spared right now. And with the one day we can't drive there and make it in time.
