Shoulders on Shoulders

Hello again friends.

Isn't day to day life crazy? The complex paradox of wanting that comfortable routine, but also so sick and tired of the same shit? It's like we are never happy. My workouts help me keep that balance in life. I get to mix things up and be creative- but at it's core- any workout is the same- move your body. I feel like I am making progress tapping into acceptance and forgiveness of self. I have years and years of toxicity locked into areas of my body. My hips, and hamstrings hold a lot of it, and relatively recently, my neck. (I think the neck also has a lot to do with my posture- and time spent on the computer). And to release it- you must accept it, and give it love. A strange concept, I can imagine- but a great feeling once you can learn to release it.

A little vulnerable, but I've definitely been yearning for some intimacy and passion in my life. Must work on keeping my heart open.
