Ban Mylar Balloons!

Every time I go hiking, I encounter these shiny little trash parcels that float from somebody's party into my wilderness.

Yesterday, I collected four Mylar balloons stuck in the flora.

Sometimes, I had to climb up the steep slope to grab them and stuff them in my daypack.

There were also two additional ones outside my reach, bringing the total to 6, more than one balloon per 2 miles.

Please exercise care, and avoid buying these silly windbags, and above all, do not release them into the air!
