A Determined Lunatic

A Determined Lunatic owned a piece of paper that they would sometimes demolish. This seems a fairly new idea, to me and my wife, but not to the Lunatic, who assumed that this idea was magnificent. Strangely, a piece of paper would be the thing that was selected.
