You are. My brother snapped off a drill bit which impaled itself into his head between his eye socket and eyeball and he was incredibly lucky not to lose his eye. Safety goggles: we all neglect to use them for drilling but they are so necessary
I am usually pretty good with safety. With this i was just drilling into wood so thought it was safe. I didnt expect to hit a screw which jammed the bit
