Cinnamon is a wonderful spice that is found in many homes because of its warm, comforting and delicious flavour.
Apart from using cinnamon as a spice, it's also known by many people for it medicinal purposes.
Now follow along as I prepare my cinnamon rolls.

Ingredients | Amount |

Wheat flour | 500 gram |
Butter | 1/4 cup |
Sugar | 1/4 cup |
Egg | 1 |
Water | 1 cup |
Yeast | 1 teaspoon. |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon |
Vanilla | 1 teaspoon |
Filling: For the filling I used Butter, sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips.
Topping: Cream cheese and chocolate chips
Preparation
In a big bowl, I placed the flour in a volcano shape, and in the surrounding.
I placed the sugar and salt. While in the center, I placed the egg, baking powder, and butter.
Then I added warm water and vanilla.
I used spatula to stir it consistently
incorporate all the ingredients until a dough forms, then I pour it onto a table to knead well.

- I let the dough rest, and cover it well , for 2 hours. After that I notice that it rises; because of the yeast I added
- I stretch the dough on a floured table, shape it into a rectangle and butter it. I added sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips.
- After rolling I cut into 8 pieces and place on a baking tray and let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
- As you can see I used a wax paper so that they don't stick to the tray.
- I baked it at 200°C for approximately 25 minutes, and the aroma was wonderful.
- I allowed it to cool a bit and lated I added the toppings.
I added cream cheese and more chocolate for the topping.

Trying the cinnamon roll was another nice experience I had in my baking lesson. The mixing process went smoothly as well as the kneading process. Then the baking powder everything was just amazing 😍.
I really like the cinnamon rolls. When I combined sugar and cinnamon to make the rolls it resulted in a sweet and delightful taste. The outcome of the rolls worths the time and effort I put in making them. The outside was crispy while the inside was soft.
The aroma of cinnamon rolls filled the house and makes my children want to eat even when it was not completely baked.
The rolls was so delicious that all of us in the family wanted to eat more and unfortunately it was just eight pieces.
We experience pure joy when eating out freshly baked cinnamon rolls.
Is there a stand or store in your city that sells cinnamon rolls? Tell us.
There is no stand in my city that sells cinnamon rolls or something close to it. I have checked around in my city including big eateries , they won't have it.
The snack are not common in my city but then we steemians can introduce this snacks to people here.
In the recipe, would you change the cinnamon for another ingredient?
I would not like to change cinnamon for another ingredients. The reason is that the flavour cinnamon produces in the rolls can not be replaced by another ingredients. And besides the name of the rolls is cinnamon rolls and if replaced with another ingredients, it would not longer be classed Cinnamon rolls. What do you think?
So I believed the names of the roll comes from the ingredients "cinnamon".
Cinnamon is a key ingredients in cinnamon rolls but subsequently I can experiment it with nutmeg, cardamom, and ginger and I believed that it's going to create a different flavour.
